Shameless Plug – Sinoglot February 9 2010 0 comments

It’s not official, but the latest project with which I’m involved is now up in a sort of soft-launch form. The site is called Sinoglot. It’s a group blog on language in China, featuring authors from Beijing Sounds, Yuwen, Echoes of Manchu, the Naxi Script Resource Centre and of course myself of Annals of Wu “fame”.

Think Language Log with Chinese characteristics.

In addition, all the above mentioned blogs including this one are also now housed under the Sinoglot domain.

We have big plans, for some of which seeds have already been planted. Head over and take a look at our early start, then punch that into your Google Reader and stay tuned for what’s to come.
